Teaching Weather and Climate
Summer Teacher's Course

This yearly Summer Teacher's Course takes place at Colorado State University for secondary science teachers. It provides college-level content on the basic physics of the atmosphere, weather, climate, climate modeling, and climate change as well as demonstrate dozens of inquiry-based activities suitable for use in classrooms.

The 2012 Teacher Course has been redesigned and will be offered in two parts. Participants may take both classes or just the one of their choice. These will be held back-to-back the week of July 16-21.
